Job Responsibility:

Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounts payable and receivable
Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
Regularly updating and maintaining the general ledger
Preparing and posting journal entries for financial transactions
Completing month end close procedures in a timely and accurate manner
Utilizing NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks
Proactively implementing new processes and procedures to enhance department efficiency
Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary

Requirements:

1+ years of public experience
proficiency in NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP
