Job Description:

The role primarily revolves around maintaining and managing accounts, reconciliations, and providing necessary financial information.

Job Responsibility:

Reconcile and analyze project costs
Review routine accounting functions to ensure standard procedures are followed
Provide key financial information to support project cost reconciliation
Prepare documents related to budget preparation
Oversee and process payroll
Coordinate correspondence with payroll processors regarding labor accounts and reconcile labor accounts monthly
Maintain a reporting system for specific monthly cost reports and coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure payable information is coordinated between departments
Monitor timely payments to vendors and coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve any outstanding payment issues
Perform related accounting, budgeting, and administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar position
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Demonstrated experience with reconciliations and preparation of journal entries
Proven expertise in preparing income statements and annual budgets
Experience in budget processes, including preparing budgets
Must have experience in processing payroll
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required
