Job Description:

Our client, a national corporation experiencing dramatic growth, is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their respected finance team. The Staff Accountant will have exposure to all aspects of the accounting function and work closely with various teams and Senior Management on reporting, reconciliations, and invoice tracking.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with the General Ledger team with reconciliations and monthly journal entries / accruals
Support the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with invoice tracking and vendor / client analysis
Collaborate directly with Senior Management on ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience with Bank Reconciliations
Knowledge of General Ledger management
Familiarity with Journal Entries
Experience with Month End Close procedures
Understanding of Accruals in accounting
Proficient in using Dynamics CRM software
