Job Description:

The role is within a growing NFP sector, where the Staff Accountant will play an integral part in maintaining and improving our financial procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Accurate processing and management of accounts payable and receivable
Execution of bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Maintenance and updating of the general ledger
Regular preparation and posting of journal entries
Conducting month-end close procedures to keep financial records up-to-date
Utilizing QuickBooks for efficient financial management
Using Concur software to manage expenses and invoices

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a Staff Accountant role, or a similar capacity
Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Demonstrable experience with Bank Reconciliations
In-depth knowledge of General Ledger maintenance
Skilled in creating and managing Journal Entries
Experience with Month End Close procedures
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Familiarity with expense management tools, particularly Concur
