Job Description:

We are in the Manufacturing industry, based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and are currently seeking a Staff Accountant. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our accounting operations, which include accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process customer credit applications
Keep customer credit records up-to-date and accurate
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
Handle the accounts payable and receivable operations
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain the general ledger and make necessary journal entries
Assist in the month-end close process

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Strong skills in conducting Bank Reconciliations
Familiarity with General Ledger maintenance
Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries
Experience with Month End Close procedures
Proficiency in using NetSuite software
Knowledge of Oracle financial software
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
Familiarity with SAP business software
Proficiency in using Infor M3 ERP software
