Job Description:

The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries, assist with reconciliations, prepare financial statements, provide financial analysis, resolve accounting discrepancies, support accounting initiatives, maintain SOX documentation, and provide accounting support as needed.

Job Responsibility:

Support daily accounting functions
Intercompany Receivables & Payables
Month End/Year End Close
Prepare monthly financial statements
Journal entries
SOX Compliance
Maintain the general ledger
Budgeting & Forecasting
Perform accounting research
Ad hoc financial analysis projects as requested

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Strong Excel
Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX is a plus
Proven organizational and time management skills
