Job Description:

As a Staff Accountant, your primary role will be to manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), along with ensuring the accuracy of bank reconciliations and general ledger entries. You will also be tasked with preparing journal entries and facilitating the month-end close process.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee the entire accounts payable process
Oversee the accounts receivable process and ensure timely collection
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis
Prepare and post journal entries as needed
Facilitate the month-end close process in an efficient manner

Requirements:

Be proficient in performing Bank Reconciliations
Exhibit competency in managing General Ledger
Show ability to maintain and manage Journal Entries
Demonstrate experience with Month End Close procedures
Have proficiency in using NetSuite software
Showcase familiarity with Oracle software
Possess experience in utilizing QuickBooks software
Display knowledge and experience in using SAP software
