Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to manage key accounting functions, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance with standards.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in preparing quarterly financial reports and analyzing variances
Support budgeting by reviewing budget vs. actuals and variances
Coordinate annual audits for domestic and international locations
Oversee depreciation postings and manage fixed assets
Ensure timely month-end journal entries and support accounting projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
3+ years of accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles GAAP and regulations
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
