Job Description:

This role is crucial to our team, focusing on the preparation and review of financial data, assisting in regulatory and tax compliance, and contributing to daily financial decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Ensuring the proper recording of revenue and expense recognition in line with US GAAP standards
Assisting with audit and compliance tasks, implementing appropriate accounting methodologies
Maintaining the accuracy of financial data, supporting in tax compliance activities
Preparing and reviewing financial information for the company and its affiliates
Contributing to day-to-day decision making by providing necessary and timely information to the management
Processing bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger
Assisting with the month-end close process
Working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other software to maintain accurate records
Recording and posting journal entries

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar
Proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations is necessary
Must be well-versed with the General Ledger
The ability to create accurate Journal Entries is required
Familiarity with Month End Close procedures is a must
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP Accounting principles is essential
Knowledge of US GAAP regulations is required
