Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a Staff Accountant to join one of our esteemed clients' growing teams. The role involves key accounting functions such as general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank and account reconciliations, and utilizing Excel tools like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in accounting, proficiency in Excel, and a degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibility:

General Ledger Maintenance
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Bank & Account Reconciliations
Utilizing Excel tools like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in accounting, including general ledger, AP, and AR functions
Proficiency in Excel—bonus points if you’ve rocked VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
A degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required

Nice to have:

Experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables in Excel
