Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting operations by handling AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and system management.

Job Responsibility:

Process vendor invoices in Accounts Payable (AP)
Manage customer invoicing and collections in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Reconcile vendor statements
Apply cash receipts accurately and timely
Prepare and perform monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations
Prepare and post journal entries for transactions
Assist with general ledger maintenance
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Leverage ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) to streamline accounting processes
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and account analysis
Provide documentation to external auditors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP, AR, and general accounting functions
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) is required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

Nice to have:

Experience in a large, multinational organization
Proficiency in using NetSuite financial software
Experience with Oracle financial management systems
Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
Knowledge of SAP financial software
