Job Description:

The Staff Accountant will focus on processing accounting information, ensuring financial statements' accuracy, and preparing tax returns. The Staff Accountant will also be tasked with the review and organization of financial records and the execution of monthly bank settlements.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handle the processing of accounting-related data
Conduct reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations
Prepare and submit tax returns in a timely manner
Conduct thorough inspections of account books to verify their efficiency and accuracy
Organize and update financial records regularly to maintain up-to-date information
Recommend strategies to minimize costs and increase revenue
Perform monthly bank settlements to ensure financial accuracy
Prepare necessary documentation for external auditors

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Month End Close procedures
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Excellent proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Familiarity with accounting software and systems is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Proactive, with the ability to identify issues and resolve problems
Commitment to continuous learning and development in the field of accounting
