Job Description:

The role is primarily focused on inventory and full-cycle accounting.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing processes
Overseeing inventory valuation and costing, ensuring accurate financial reporting for inventory-related transactions
Conducting detailed data analysis and forecasting to manage stock levels and minimize excess inventory
Coordinating and performing regular cycle counts, analyzing results, and identifying root causes for discrepancies
Identifying and executing improvements to inventory processes and reporting procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
Supporting the preparation of financial statements, ensuring inventory is accurately reflected in balance sheets and income statements
Utilizing SAP to manage inventory records, run reports, and update master data

Requirements:

Proficiency in Inventory Accounting
Familiarity with SAP software
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong Data Analysis skills
Expertise in Full Cycle Accounting

Nice to have:

Proficiency in Inventory Accounting
Familiarity with SAP software
