Job Description:

We are in search of a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to become a part of our team within the Telecom Services industry located in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing applications, and resolving inquiries.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain detailed records of customer credit
Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly
Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer applications
Monitor the status of customer accounts and take necessary action as required
Maintain a positive and detail-oriented attitude in all interactions
Continually seek opportunities for learning and growth within the role
Prepare and maintain Journal Entries as part of the accounting process
Contribute to the achievement of the team's overall objectives and goals

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Proficiency in creating and managing journal entries
Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience in the telecom services industry preferred
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in accounting software and office productivity suite
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
