Job Description:

This role provides an opportunity for an individual to demonstrate their expertise and skills in the field of accounting, specifically in handling tasks such as bank reconciliations, general ledger, journal entries, and month-end close. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be an integral part of a team, managing accounts and financial records.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial integrity
Maintain and update the general ledger on a regular basis
Prepare and record journal entries as part of the financial statement preparation process
Oversee and execute the month-end close process in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries relating to their accounts
Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Conduct general accounting assessments as part of routine financial management
Utilize Excel for various accounting tasks and reporting needs

Requirements:

Possession of strong skills in Bank Reconciliations
Proficiency in maintaining and updating General Ledger
Experience in creating and managing Journal Entries
Demonstrated ability in Month End Close procedures
