Job Description:

We have a contract to hire opportunity for a Staff Accountant with an AP background to join one of our legal clients on a contract to hire basis. If you are interested, please apply today.

Job Responsibility:

Take charge of processing accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate financial transactions
Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
Regularly maintain the general ledger by posting and adjusting journal entries
Ensure accurate record-keeping of all financial transactions
Carry out month-end close procedures to finalize the company's financial activities for the month
Utilize Excel and other software for efficient financial management

Requirements:

Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations accurately and efficiently
Strong understanding and experience with General Ledger management
Demonstrated expertise in preparing Journal Entries
Experience with Month End Close procedures
