Job Description:

This role is instrumental in the organization as you will be handling various accounting and financial responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee company credit cards
Engage in the reconciliation of balance sheets
Participate in the annual corporate audit process
Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the ERP system
Handle the reconciliation of Inventory and WIP GL accounts
Aid in the monthly and yearly close processes
Manage the fixed asset maintenance process
Be responsible for the daily maintenance of cash activity worksheets
Support in the accounts receivable and payable process
Review monthly shipments and close jobs accordingly

Requirements:

Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) operations
Demonstrable expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
Proficient in maintaining and managing the General Ledger
Ability to prepare and record Journal Entries
Experience in performing Month End Close procedures
