Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Support audits and tax filings as needed
Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of accounting experience preferred
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
