Job Description:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be focusing on maintaining and reconciling accounts, processing payments, and managing financial records. The role will involve working with systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate the processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
Oversee the completion of bank reconciliations and ensure discrepancies are resolved
Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are accurate and up-to-date
Assist in the preparation of journal entries and ensure they are recorded correctly
Oversee month-end close procedures and ensure all financial reports are delivered on time
Utilize software systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks
Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and are up-to-date

Requirements:

Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processing and management
Mastery of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and procedures
Demonstrated capability in performing Bank Reconciliations
Solid understanding and experience with General Ledger management
Ability to prepare and process Journal Entries accurately
Experience in Month End Close procedures and reporting
Proficiency in using NetSuite for various accounting tasks
Familiarity with Oracle and its applications in accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and recording financial transactions
Experience in utilizing SAP for accounting and financial purposes
