Job Description:

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring all accounting tasks are performed accurately and in compliance with regulations. You will be involved in maintaining financial records, assisting with the financial close process, reconciling accounts, preparing tax filings, and generating financial reports.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records
Play an active role in the financial close process on a monthly and quarterly basis
Execute accurate reconciliation of various accounts
Support the tax preparation process
Uphold compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies
Generate comprehensive financial reports and provide a detailed analysis for management review

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
Familiarity with the General Ledger
Ability to make accurate Journal Entries
Experience with Month End Close procedures
Skilled in using QuickBooks
