Job Description:

The Staff Accountant should have a bachelors degree and at least 2 years of experience. The Staff Accountant should have experience with AP/AR, reconciliations. The Staff Accountant should have good work ethic and be a team player. Any Staff Accountant with property management or real estate accounting is a very nice to have.

Requirements:

experience with AP/AR
reconciliations
good work ethic
team player
minimum of two years of experience in the accounting field
proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
experience with Bank Reconciliations
experience in Property Accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
