Job Description:

A large and firmly established International Manufacturing Company is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their team.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare sales commission and royalty schedules
Perform various accounting duties in the manufacturing environment
Prepare journal entries every month
Analyze and prepare account reconciliations, including Inter-company balancing
Capital expenditure tracking, analysis, and depreciation schedule
Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX
Support inventory review and cycle count processes
Ownership of AP processes and serve as liaison with IQ Backoffice and vendor network
Reconcile credit card statements with supporting documents
Compile complex reports using Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel
Prepare revenue recognition analysis

Requirements:

2+ years of accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to work with a wide variety of people
Experience with integrated ERP solutions and office productivity applications
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to complete tasks timely
Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
