Job Description:

At CVS Health, Staff Pharmacists are responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of pharmacy operations. Key components include ensuring patient safety, maintaining regulatory compliance, quality assurance, managing inventory, and fostering a culture of care. The role requires strong leadership skills to motivate support staff, implement solutions for growth, and deliver better outcomes in a dynamic community healthcare setting.

Requirements:

Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Nice to have:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
