Job Description:

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, and ensuring safety and quality for your customers and patients. This includes oversight in areas such as patient safety, personnel management, inventory control, and workflow efficiency. Your role involves motivating and developing your team while implementing innovative solutions to drive growth and performance in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Requirements:

Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Nice to have:

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
