Job Description:

This role will be responsible for the reporting and financial analysis process including preparing financial statements and reports, assist with general ledger functions, coordinate the annual audit, oversee the processing of accruals, monitor internal controls, and assist with process improvement of new accounting policies. This Staff/Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will also oversee compliance requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong technical accounting abilities, high attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Generate monthly, quarterly financial reports & statements
Account Reconciliation
Prepare annual financial statement audit
Coordinate internal and external audits
Build and establish strong client relationships
Cash Receipts/Disbursements
Perform financial forecasting
Monitor Compliance
Recommend areas for revenue generation
Assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree Accounting or Finance
CPA/MBA highly preferred
5+ years experience with Financial Reporting focus and FP&A exposure
CPA a must, Public a near must
Big 4 Audit/SFA combo a plus
Any ERP experience preferred
