Job Description:

The Retail Store Associate position at CVS Health involves providing customer service, maintaining store operations, and supporting various departments as part of a team dedicated to health care transformation.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
focusing on the customer by offering help and maintaining a welcoming attitude
accurately performing cashier duties
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and completing inventory tasks
supporting opening and closing activities
providing customer support to all departments including pharmacy
embracing new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
having close visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
high school diploma or equivalent
