Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, focusing on customer service and supporting a variety of store tasks in a retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion and resolving potential service issues
Giving a warm and friendly greeting to customers
Accurately performing cashier duties
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors and updating pricing information
Supporting store opening and closing activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently
Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
