Job Description:

Retail Store Associates are part of the CVS Health team, playing a supportive role in shaping the future of healthcare for people, businesses, and communities. This position provides opportunities to excel in a customer-focused role impacting lives positively.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
Focusing on the customer with warm greetings and support
Accurately performing cashier duties
Maintaining sales floor and inventory
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing support to departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel as needed
Advocating new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
Visual Acuity for close activities such as reading and inspection
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Nice to have:
