Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family. This position provides an opportunity to excel in a customer-focused role that impacts the lives of others, while working independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting and offering help locating additional items
accurately performing cashier duties
maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks
supporting opening and closing store activities
providing customer support to all departments
assisting pharmacy personnel
embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally
visual acuity for activities such as viewing a computer terminal or reading
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
