Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of health care for people, businesses, and communities. The position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high impact, customer-focused role, working both independently and as a member of a team to positively impact the lives of others.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service
accurately performing cashier duties
maintaining the sales floor
supporting opening and closing store activities
providing customer support to all departments
assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Physical requirements: remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, close visual acuity
Preferred: previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
