Job Description:

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within CVS Health, providing differentiated customer service, supporting various departments, and performing key retail tasks to positively impact lives.

Job Responsibility:

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
Demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
Actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
Performing cashier duties accurately
Restocking shelves and completing inventory tasks as directed
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel and working shifts in the pharmacy
Embracing and advocating for CVS services and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

At least 16 years of age
Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally
Close visual acuity for computer use and reading
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred.
