Job Description:

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Retail and Customer Service? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Store Manager to join their team in Heigham Grove, Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in their store's success while leading a dedicated team.

Job Responsibility:

Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and a positive working environment. Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability
Sales and Performance Management: Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising strategies, promotional activities, and exceptional customer service practises. Monitor KPIs and take action to achieve sales targets
Customer Experience: Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and cultivate relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and career development. Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage personal growth
Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise store profitability. Prepare reports on sales performance and operational efficiency for senior management

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role within the retail sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
