Job Description:

Join a vibrant architecture studio known for its innovative designs and collaborative work culture. Become the heartbeat of the office and play a crucial role in maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and ensure they reach the right person
Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour
Coordinate with the Office Manager for seamless communication and task management
Order and maintain supplies, ensuring the coffee machine and drinks are stocked
Manage email inboxes and forward messages as necessary

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office software
A friendly and approachable personality

Nice to have:

Experience in the architecture or design industry
Familiarity with managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
