W Edinburgh is hiring Stylists (Room Attendant) on a casual basis to join the team! We invite you to play an integral part in bringing to life this unique brand in Edinburgh and fast moving operation! Job Responsibility:

Prioritise the cleaning of guest rooms to ensure operational efficiency
Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering
Replace guest amenities and supplies in the rooms
Replace dirty linens with clean items
Make beds to brand standard
Clean bathrooms
Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items
Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings
Vacuum carpets
Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution
Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols
Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent

Requirements:

A keen eye for detail
Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
Confidence interacting with guests
Previous experience working in five star, luxury/lifestyle hotels
A positive mindset
A genuine passion for working in hospitality
