Job Description:

The Supervisor(a) Tienda Retail at The Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai is responsible for greeting customers, managing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of the retail shop. The role includes assisting in hiring and training employees, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related work experience, and one year of supervisory experience.

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers and offer assistance with merchandise
Display and restock merchandise
Follow inventory system and reconcile merchandise inventory
Count and verify merchandise orders
Place orders for store merchandise
Complete customer purchases and process payments
Maintain cash levels and ensure deposits are verified
Follow opening and closing shop checklist
Secure shop and monitor customer activity
Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees
Report accidents and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying objects

Requirements:

High school diploma G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
