The Clinical Operations Supervisor is responsible for furthering Oak Street Health's vision of new center operational excellence from day one of a new center’s opening, supporting our organizational objectives of delivering an unmatched patient experience and the best care anywhere. This role manages a team of Expansion Operations Partners who deliver new center setup and new center training across all new center locations, including acquisitions and special projects.
Job Responsibility:
Manages a team of Operations Partners
Monitors staffing attendance and absences
Coordinates the agenda and facilitates the monthly Operations Partner call
Communicates effectively and problem solves
Serves as a knowledgeable resource on the OSH Care Model
Contributes to the operations playbook
Promotes a consistent learning experience
Champions collaboration and inclusion
Manages relationships with external vendors
Supports recruitment of top talent
Partners to create and maintain the New Center Activation Calendar
Maintains the incentive payout program
Drives consistently excellent training and learning delivery
Leads preparatory efforts, facility setup, and service team training
Supports acquisitions and special projects
Requirements:
Proven ability to prioritize work aligning with organizational objectives
Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and exceptional communication skills
Ability to deliver high-quality, error-free work while consistently meeting deadlines
Proven ability to remain steady in times of change or high levels of ambiguity
Ability to champion collaboration across multiple teams
Ability to or experience with managing team members located in other geographies
Proven project management skills
Proven experience and ability to develop and mentor a diverse team
Willingness to be a hands-on, proactive team leader
Experience in healthcare operations strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Minimum of 2 consecutive years within a travel-based role
US work authorization
