Job Description:

The Supervisor-Loss Prevention role at JW Marriott Residences New Cairo involves ensuring the safety and security of the property, guests, and employees. Job Responsibility:

Patrol property
secure rooms
assist guests with room access
conduct emergency response drills
perform daily physical hazard/safety inspections
monitor CCTV and alarm systems
authorize access to secured areas
assist during emergencies
respond to accidents
administer first aid/CPR
complete reports
defuse disturbances
resolve safety hazards
handle complaints
escort unwelcome persons
ensure compliance with laws
train, motivate, and coach employees
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Ability to patrol property, secure rooms, assist guests, conduct emergency drills, and handle safety inspections
Ability to monitor CCTV and alarm systems
Ability to respond to emergencies, administer first aid/CPR, and complete reports
Ability to handle disturbances, resolve safety hazards, and ensure compliance with laws
Ability to train, motivate, and coach employees
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and manipulate objects
Ability to move through confined spaces and uneven surfaces
Ability to perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination tasks
