The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend team at CVS is one of the fastest growing business units in the enterprise and is uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses. This role focuses on leading strategic initiatives, driving partnerships, cross-functional project management, and developing product offerings in an ambitious and emerging space.
Job Responsibility:
innovative thinker comfortable operating in ambiguity to create new offerings and strategic partnerships
work with directed spend ecosystem partners and clients to build short- and long-term strategies that align with business and enterprise priorities
distill and communicate complex concepts into salient opportunities, influencing across and up through a matrixed organization
drive innovation based on analytics and insights, market trends, competitive landscape, program gaps and white space opportunities while leveraging strong business acumen in retail, health care, technology, or other related fields
partner across payor, benefit administration and external lines of business to enhance and develop our Supplemental Benefits offering, including OTC Health Solutions, HSA/FSA, SNAP and other channels of directed spend
create, commercialize, and support operational planning for Directed Spend product offerings, work cross-functionally with external partners, digital, IT, inventory, analytics, and product teams
forge new partner relationships with key enterprise healthcare stakeholders across strategy, marketing, and operations
prepare and present high-quality materials to support presentations to senior leadership and other internal groups
navigate the day to day of a dynamic entrepreneurial team in a fluid and emerging space while balancing communication needs, stakeholder management, timelines, and financial goals of a Fortune 6 company
build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues in sales support, product/implementation management, and across the enterprise to cultivate opportunity
gain and leverage account intelligence trends to drive best practices throughout the customer and product lifecycle
dissect consumer insights and foresee business opportunities quickly and gain cross-functional buy-in to maximize results
proficient in excel modeling, advanced PowerPoint, financial modeling, and data analytics
key decision maker and business owner including responsibility for partnership revenue growth
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in Healthcare, Retail CPG, or Management Consulting / Investment Banking / Private Equity / Venture Capital
ability to travel on a limited basis
hybrid approach 3 days a week out of RI or Boston offices
bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
