Supply Chain Readiness Intern

• Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and dependencies for multiple product launches
• Support communication and coordination between various teams, including Product, Hardware Engineering, Marketing, and Sales
• Gather, analyze, and present data related to launch readiness, identifying potential risks and opportunities
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, including launch checklists, status reports, and process flows
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Assist in identifying and tracking potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Support the team in ensuring all aspects of go-to-market readiness, including inventory availability, logistics, and customer support preparedness
• Help create visually appealing and easy to understand presentations for various leadership levels

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Office Tools (MS or Google Suite)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Interest in supply chain, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with project management tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Good proficiency in English
