Job Description:

Robert Half is hiring a Supply Management Specialist to support John Deere in Dubuque, IA. This 100% onsite role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in supplier coordination, procurement, and inventory management.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze critical shortage reports and determine shipment priorities
Communicate with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
Manage supplier shipment planning according to SAP schedules
Execute supply management workflows efficiently
Facilitate purchase order (PO) creation and parameter management for assigned supplier parts

Requirements:

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
General knowledge of manufacturing processes
SAP experience is a plus but not required

Nice to have:
