Job Description:

This role involves executing demand and supply matching activities, identifying issues and opportunities for process improvements, and driving shortage analysis within a dynamic and diverse environment at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Job Responsibility:

Execute the demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution, and identifying issues and their impact
Translate demand and supply signals to estimated material wait time and deal simulation supportability result
Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations
Drive shortage root cause analysis and preventive actions

Requirements:

Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver)
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Mastery in English and local language
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Able to commit a minimum of 20 weeks from January 2024

Nice to have:

Additional skills such as accountability, action planning, active learning, active listening, business skills, problem solving, critical thinking are desirable
