Job Description:

Seeking an intern to assist in project leadership. Seeking a driven individual that is eager to learn systems, processes, and contribute enhancement and automation ideas to further increase customer satisfaction and team communication. Excellent excel, macro and power BI skills is preferred. Individual will be working with Supply teams to implement preventative controls that will improvement product delivery, reduce shortages and implement preventative checks to align supply for future orders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyses and maintenance of company material supply needs through forecast generation to ensure smooth business operations
  • Conducts and summarizes complex models and business analyses to develop business plans, including revenue and inventory projections, and channel management
  • Constructs statistical and financial models with minimal direction to forecast business performance
  • Defines the metrics required to measure business performance and compares actual data to forecasted values
  • Collaborate with demand planning, marketing, integrated business planning, and other teams to understand demand drivers
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while mitigating potential supply chain risks and disruptions
  • Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate the data collection and performance measurement process and escalates issues, as necessary. Makes contributions to research and analyses on priority projects within established guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Advanced student (3rd or 4th year) in Industrial engineering with emphasis in : strategy, planning, business administration operations, or finance
  • Advanced English level: B2+, C1 or C2
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage data requests
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
  • Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling
  • Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Understanding of supply chain dynamics and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Developing project management skills.
