Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Supply Teacher to join our team and cover various subject areas in a variety of schools across the region. This role involves delivering pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and assisting students in their learning.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering pre-planned lessons in a wide range of subjects and year groups
Managing classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment
Assisting students with their learning and providing support where needed
Adapting to different school environments and working alongside a diverse group of staff and students
Maintaining high standards of teaching and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience in teaching, ideally within the UK education system
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain an engaging environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments
A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to work
A passion for helping students succeed and thrive
