Job Description:

A highly regarded charity and school local to Horsham is looking for an empathetic, passionate and kind Support Worker to support young people and adults with complex needs on a full-time permanent basis. This setting offers education, life skills, and work experience for individuals aged 18 and above. Applicants must be available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, throughout the year.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting young people and adults with SEN needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

Requirements:

Flexible, resilient and have a positive approach to young people and adults with SEN
6 months care or education experience
Eligibility to work in the UK
