Job Description:

Randstad are recruiting for agency support workers to staff various care homes for elderly residents ranging from dementia, learning difficulties, respite, and personal care.

Job Responsibility:

To work with the team in developing, reviewing, monitoring and adapting support and care plans
To monitor and report to senior staff on the effectiveness of support delivery

Requirements:

Must be registered with Social Care Wales
Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service
Must be able to obtain a minimum 3 years references
Must have a minimum 6 months UK based experience as a support worker

Nice to have:

Personal care experience preferred
Be friendly and have a patient manner
Excellent communication
To be flexible with working hours

What we offer:
