Job Description:

Randstad are supporting a client in Clydach, Swansea with the recruitment of 2 adult support workers to work in a home supporting adults with varying needs and abilities. You should be experienced in supporting people with varying needs such as mental health support and learning difficulties. Personal care will be involved and you must be prepared for lone working at times.

Job Responsibility:

Provide essential support to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care
Support individuals in accessing fulfilling and independent lives

Requirements:

Must be registered with Social Care Wales
Must have an enhanced DBS
Must be able to obtain a minimum 3 years references
Must have a minimum 6 months UK based experience as a support worker

Nice to have:

Personal care experience preferred
Be friendly and have a patient manner
Excellent communication
To be flexible with working hours
