Job Description:

This role primarily involves analyzing business rules, updating system documentation, and designing technical solutions. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze and interpret business rules and functional requirements
Update and maintain system documentation
Evaluate requests for system enhancements
Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts
Facilitate user acceptance testing
Deploy software updates
Establish and maintain business process workflows
Construct effective test plans and cases
Communicate technical and business information
Develop technical documentation

Requirements:

Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience in Documentation
Knowledge of Procedures and Practices in system analysis
Leadership Skills
Familiarity with Principles of Computer Sciences
Proven ability in Decision-Making
Understanding of Business Process Functions and Enhancement strategies
Experience in creating and executing Test Cases and Test Plans
Skill in Modification and enhancement of system processes
Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language
Proficiency in using SaaS platforms
Experience in Deploying systems and software
Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and creating effective Test Scripts
Proficiency in creating Technical Documentation and Test Plans
Ability to design and implement Technical Solutions
Process Improvement skills
