Job Description:

Our partner is seeking a System Specialist to join their team. This position is crucial in preventing, monitoring, and responding to information and data breaches. The role ensures the execution of Information Security directives in alignment with the company's data security policies.

Job Responsibility:

Provide core customer service support for assigned applications and systems
Initiate process changes and improvements to increase operational efficiency based on Lean methodology
Complete moderately complex projects end-to-end using various tools and methodologies
Provide guidance on Information Security concepts and policies, implementing day-to-day work
Identify, register, and resolve potential compliance issues, ensuring accurate closure and inventory tracking
Apply complex decision-making processes by engaging stakeholders and understanding risks
Communicate the need for change and involve stakeholders in the change process
Coach team members, identify development needs, and recommend resources for growth
Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

Looking for fresh graduates/ career starters
Preferred certifications in related fields
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
