Job Description:

We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As a Systems Administrator, you will be entrusted with the task of managing and troubleshooting our systems, including cloud and phone systems. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently address and resolve cloud-based technology issues
Oversee and manage phone migrations
Conduct password resets and permission management in Microsoft Administration
Handle queries and issues related to email accounts in Exchange
Exhibit problem solving and troubleshooting skills in network and system-related issues
Work independently and exhibit the ability to find solutions to complex queries
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of network terminology
Manage and monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed

Requirements:

Proficient in Cisco Technologies
Strong knowledge and experience in Cloud Technologies
Experience with Active Directory
Proficiency in Cluster Analysis
Solid understanding of Computer Hardware
