Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Folsom, California. Operating within the Service industry, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including IT support, network management, and software troubleshooting.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver both on-site and remote IT support for computers, servers, and networks
Handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and peripherals
Administer user accounts, ensure backups, and manage cloud services like O365, SharePoint, VPNs
Maintain rigorous documentation and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Visit client locations in Sacramento, Stockton, Elk Grove, and others, with mileage reimbursement provided

Requirements:

Proficient understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies
Demonstrable knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with Computer Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the service industry
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs is a plus
Ability to provide technical support and training to staff
Ability to document and streamline processes for improved efficiency
Willingness to participate in continuous learning and detail-oriented development activities
Availability for on-call troubleshooting and system maintenance tasks
